Supporting you with bespoke, parent-led methods to improve sleep for your whole family.

Say goodnight to endless nights of broken sleep, short naps and early starts. I will listen to your hopes for your child’s sleep and then equip you with the skills suited to your parenting style to confidently make positive changes.

Let me help you get the sleep you deserve.

Do you have a cat napper, or a little one who wakes multiple times in the night? Have you found yourself co-sleeping, but you really want your bed back? Does your child only settle on you or being fed to sleep?

I firmly believe there is nothing wrong with any of these things. In fact my children did all of these things and for a while it was ok, but I reached a point where I was so unbelievably tired, something needed to change. If you are ready for a change, I am here to help.

Who am I?

I’m Lizzie, wife to Sean and Mummy to Beatrix and Ralph. We live in Oxfordshire with Axel our black Labrador. I studied languages at university, did a Masters in business and have worked at the United Nations, the BBC and a FTSE 100 business. I now work in higher education alongside my passion for helping sleep-deprived families.

Sleep is one of life’s basic needs and I love being able to equip families with the skills to improve their child’s sleep.
