Every child is unique, choose a package that best suits your needs.
Sleep Foundations (for children aged 0-4 months) - £50
Perfect for expectant parents or those with a gorgeous new little bundle, this package will provide guidance for setting up good sleep practices from the very beginning.
Over a 45 minute call I will reassure you with age appropriate tips and advice you can work on including guidance on safe sleep and ways to troubleshoot possible challenges in the coming months.
After the call I will send you a summary of newborn tips to reassure you in those first few months.
Sleep Building Blocks (for children aged 4+ months - 5 years) - £85
If you've reached the stage of needing a bit more structure and guidance, this package will equip you with the tools to make tweaks guaranteed to improve sleep. This package is for you, if amongst other possible challenges, your child isn't settling themselves to sleep, has short naps, wakes multiple times in the night or likes to start the day very early.
Following a 45 minute call, I will build a bespoke plan suitable for your child in line with your sleep desires and parenting style. The plan will incorporate age appropriate routines and sleep approaches. There is no follow up support with this package.
Sleep Building Blocks PLUS SUPPORT (for children aged 4+ months - 5 years) - £145
This package is the same as Sleep Building Blocks but also includes 7 days' WhatApp and/or email support and a 15 minute follow up call at a time that suits you. This would suit anyone who wants reassurance throughout the sleep coaching process.
Group Bookings (for children aged 0-5 years) - £80 per group
This package is ideal for groups of up to 8 friends all in need of a little assistance with their children's sleep. It is a great starting place if you are thinking about sleep coaching.
During a 45 minute - 1 hour workshop I will provide advice on good sleep practices, information around awake windows, guidance on age appropriate routines and troubleshoot any general concerns such as short naps, multiple night wakes or early waking. This is not a bespoke service, however the content will the tailored to the ages of the children.
Client to host in person or I can arrange a group video call.
