We were put in touch with Lizzie when we were all so exhausted, having an almost 2 year old who was waking for long periods in the night, waking early, unable to self-settle and often wanting to be held for naps. Lizzie was so lovely to talk to and was completely understanding and non-judgemental. She gave us a plan of simple routine changes and techniques to suit us as a family. We saw almost instant results and our son is now sleeping through the night, napping better, eating better and settling himself to sleep! Everyone is happier! Lizzie is a magician!! We can't thank her enough for the change she has made for our family! We'd recommend her to anyone!

Lizzie was amazing. My 2.5 year old had been waking up multiple times a night, screaming, inconsolable, sometimes with night terrors for over 6 months. I dreaded his bedtime and wondering how much sleep we’d get. Lizzie was so patient, calm and helpful. Knowing she’d had sleep problems with her children instantly made her so relatable and empathetic. She laid out options we could do, talked me through them all and answered all my questions. She was texting me as we started, helping me adjust little tweaks and generally being so encouraging. The plan was always on my terms and what I felt comfortable with; I never felt pushed into one “program” or judged. And there were always more options on the table if I wanted to swap or my son didn’t respond to them. I’ve come back with questions since and each time she has been amazing. Our house all sleep because of Lizzie! For me, it was a huge help to have someone to process it with who got it. I was scared to try a random principle (disappearing chair, cry it out, dietary changes) by myself but having not only a trained person but a friendly, experienced, super encouraging one gave my husband and I the courage and confidence to tackle it. My son responded far quicker than I imagined and bedtime is now a joy rather than a worry. Thank you Lizzie!
