That is the main question I will ask you. Why do I ask this and not just tell you what to do? I firmly believe in equipping parents to make tweaks and changes themselves in a way that suits their parenting style.
I would never tell a parent to leave their child to cry endlessly or to enforce strict day and night timings. I listen and develop a personalised plan unique to each family. By asking the right questions I will be able to devise the perfect approach for you. Every child and their parents are unique and therefore each family’s plan is bespoke. I will equip you with the tools to implement even just tiny changes that I guarantee will have a big impact on sleep for the whole family.
You may also be surprised I don’t immediately ask you about your child’s sleep. Why? Surely that your biggest problem? That’s what I’m an expert in after all. I promise I do get onto sleep, but I need to understand the big picture; sleep is so heavily impacted by so many different factors – age, diet, daily routines, sleep environment, mother’s pregnancy, tongue tie – the list really is endless.
